Cancellation & refund

4A. Cancellation & Refund Policy

4A.1 Project-Based Services

Once a project or campaign has been initiated (for example, after strategy approval, ad setup, or content creation), cancellation requests will not qualify for a refund.

If you request cancellation before the work has started, a partial refund may be considered after deducting administrative and resource allocation costs (typically 20–30% of the total project value).

Any upfront payments made toward research, design, or ad credits are non-refundable once work commences.

4A.2 Retainer or Ongoing Monthly Services

You may cancel monthly retainers or ongoing contracts by giving at least 15 days’ written notice before the next billing cycle.

Payments already made for the current month are non-refundable, as resources and ad budgets are planned in advance.

Upon cancellation, services will continue until the end of the current billing period unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4A.3 Ad Spend Refunds

Any funds paid directly by you to advertising platforms (such as Meta, Google, or LinkedIn) are subject to those platforms’ own refund policies. JD Marketings cannot process or guarantee refunds for such spends once ads have run.

4A.4 Service Delays or Non-Performance

If we fail to initiate the agreed service within 15 working days of payment (without valid communication or delay from your side), you may request a partial refund proportional to the unutilized work.

Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and processed within 10–15 business days if approved.

4A.5 No Guarantee Clause

Marketing outcomes depend on multiple external factors including platform algorithms, audience behaviour, market conditions and client inputs.

Hence, refunds will not be provided for dissatisfaction with campaign performance, leads, traffic or sales results, as long as the agreed services were delivered.

4A.6 Force Majeure

If services are delayed or interrupted due to circumstances beyond our control (such as platform outages, technical failures, strikes, or government restrictions), JD Marketings will make reasonable efforts to resume work but refunds will not be applicable.
