Shipping & Delivery
4B. Shipping & Delivery Policy
4B.1 Nature of Services
JD Marketings primarily provides digital services such as marketing campaigns, website development, SEO, branding, design, and consulting.
As such, no physical goods are shipped. All deliverables are shared electronically via email, project management tools, or cloud storage platforms (e.g., Google Drive, Notion, or similar).
4B.2 Delivery Timelines
Delivery timelines vary depending on the scope of work, service package, and project complexity, as outlined in your individual Service Agreement or proposal.
Standard project initiation begins within 3–5 business days after confirmation of payment and required materials from the client.
Ongoing deliverables such as reports, campaign updates, or content calendars will follow mutually agreed schedules.
4B.3 Mode of Delivery
Completed deliverables (campaign reports, creatives, ad data, website files, etc.) are delivered through:
Email (official communication address),
Shared online folders or dashboards,
Secure links to hosting servers or client systems.
You are responsible for ensuring that the provided email address and communication channels are accurate and accessible.
4B.4 Delays
Delivery timelines may be extended if there are delays in receiving required inputs, approvals, content, credentials, or feedback from the client.
JD Marketings will keep clients informed of any expected delay and provide an updated delivery schedule.
4B.5 Completion and Acceptance
A project or deliverable is considered successfully delivered once shared digitally with the client.
If the client does not raise any feedback or correction request within 5 business days, the deliverable shall be deemed accepted.
4B.6 Force Majeure and Platform Dependencies
JD Marketings shall not be liable for delivery delays caused by third-party platforms (Meta, Google, hosting providers, etc.), technical issues, or force majeure events beyond reasonable control.
